CEO Profile
Ryosuke OtakeFounder & Representative Director
After graduating from the School of Commerce at Meiji University, Ryosuke Otake began his career in sales planning at an advertising agency before joining Planning OM Inc., a creative agency specializing in film marketing. Over more than 22 years there as a sales and creative director, he worked on over 300 titles — from Hollywood blockbusters to independent arthouse releases — across film, television drama and anime, developing taglines and copy, writing and conducting interviews for theatrical program booklets, producing websites, directing trailers, and planning advertising and promotional campaigns. Appointed President and Representative Director in 2020, he rebuilt the company from a financial crisis through branding and new business development, delivering four consecutive years of substantial profit and leading it to its 40th anniversary. In 2025, seeking further growth in the film and entertainment industry, he founded Plus OM, Inc. Building on that background in entertainment, he now works across industries and categories. Outside of work, his interests are film, haiku and travel.
Our Name
In Sanskrit, “OM” is said to encompass everything that exists. However difficult the circumstances, we believe entertainment has the power to turn anything into a plus. That belief is where our name, Plus OM, comes from.
